Think it took some really sincere listening to what would delight their customers and a really brave redefinition of their “brand assets” to go for this one! After years of lectures and Law Review, grueling studies and bar exams, to be willing to recognize the complete range of ways your customers use your services — well that’s just pretty darned creative to me.
Kudos to this kind of customer-centric approach. We all could learn.
