In this time of over-everything — over-complicating, over-analyzing, over-thinking, over-scheduling — seems our friends at Hannaford grocery stores got it right. They launched their annual “Buy 1, Give 1” charitable effort this season that just hit the spot for me. Could the message be clearer? Simpler? Make you feel better about buying their store brand items? Not to me.
And it’s just one part of their Helping Hands effort for the season. Good stuff.
I have to give them a “W.T.F.* —Winner” award for this one for sticking to the pure and simple. What a refreshing change.
