I was charmed last night by the new Oreo “Wonderfilled” campaign, a catchy little ditty by the band Owl City, lyrics that not only provide some clever rhymes with “Oreo” but also suggest that kids-of-all-ages can effect change in scary monster-types (it is time to bring back the jingle.) Because “cream does wondrous things…”. Adorable. Great animation, and enough clever details that you’ll want to watch it again (I especially like the polaroids of the wolf building a deck with the pigs.) I hope this campaign lasts a while, and I imagine some younger kids may insist on keeping a few Oreos on their nightstands, you know, just in case.
