This article definitely pushed a button in me — how a creative shop in Dubai used its own talents to find new recruits, without spending money on pricey headhunters. Ahhhh, so strategic! So complex! The Method: Started with a list (aha!) of the outstanding creatives they wanted to speak to. Then, they deployed sophisticated tactics worthy of a Bond movie — a good old printed book! Added Sony cell phones to the mix (provided free by agency’s client) and, POOF– “The Poaching Phone” campaign was born.
