Finding Your Brand’s Voice

Do people speak more openly when they don’t feel judged? A tech team, sponsored by Microsoft, created an experiment to prove that they do.

BlabDroid, a cute, pint-sized robot, equipped with a with a kid’s voice and a microphone, asked people insightful, personal, questions such as “Who do you love the most in the world?” and “What will people remember you for?”

The results? Surprisingly genuine, candid responses.

Reality Check: Maybe it’s not only what our brands communicate, but the style and manner of our voice, that actually gets the response.
